hazy yellow color, fluffy white head, nicely lacy. bready and grainy nose, with a trace of hoppiness. the flavor follws the nose with earthy grain and bitter hops balancing each other out. medium bodied, clean finish. i am not sure how much i was drinking here (i.e., a lot) but my notes say "flavor-icious", which i assume is a good sign. on tap at the livery.

Pours a nice dark golden hazy pour, good bright white head that dies to a film and clings to the glass and laces well. Aromas are lightly sweet, a bit earthy. Initial is cereal and grainy, slight pilsner stink with noble hop presence, light bodied and easily quaffable with good bitterness with lemongrass coming into the equation. Flavorful and to style, this beer is something I would drink in copious amounts in the summer months. A touch of stink.

Very grainey aroma, could not tell if I was smelling malt or grain, but it had a very fresh cut field smell to it,taste wa a somewhat balanced pilsner malting and noble hops, again a very toasty cereal like grain flavor, more of the slightly bittering hops started coming through in the finish, more a sipping pils then a refreshing one

GTMW 08 - Pours pale yellow with a white head. The aroma has pale lightly toasted malt and a minor amount of hops. Medium / light body with semi-sharp carbonation. The taste has toasted malt, light caramel, grassy hops and a bit of spice. The finish dries things out a bit. Decent pils.

Pretty golden pour and moderate fluffy white head. The bready/biscuity malt sweetness is extremely well balanced here by the substantial clean and crisp herbal hop bitterness. Quite nicely done.

Draft sample at brewpub. Poured clear copper color with an average white frothy head that mostly lasted with excellent lacing. Good citrus hoppy aroma. Medium body. Good well balanced hoppy flavor with a moderate smooth balanced bitter finish of moderate duration. Good drinkable beer.
