Beer-wise it’s orange-tan colour with huge amounts of nice chewy organisms swimming around in it. strong, doughy, orange peel aromas. quite thick on roof of mouth - peanutbutterish. smooth and a bit salty, and you don’t really notice the alcohol until after you finish and you try to stand up. jbrus (4863), Delft, Netherlands

| 3.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 15/20 | Aug 24, 2004 Aroma reminds me of a Saison. The main difference is the noticeable alcohol. Aroma is spicy, yeasty and fruity (apple). Cloudy, yellow coloured with a short, lasting, white head. Taste is yeasty, malty, fruity, bitter and sweet. Sticky and alcoholic. IMO this beer could be better with less alcohol.
