Commercial Description:
Fine bubbles, spicy aroma… Frank but tender attack, followed by a slight bitter taste at the end. This generous cider, typical and rich in flavors will not stop surprising you. Served cool, it will easily marry pancakes , grilled white meat and fish with sauce

Had this in the bottle (small) at a cafe in Paris, in Montmarte. Soft gold bubbles, fresh apple aroma, mild sweetness, soft palate, mild bitter finish. Nice accent to the cheese.

bottle. Clear golden yellow. Very pleasant aroma of apples, reminding me of a good English cider. Very fruity flavour, well-balanced, neither too sweet nor too dry, very fruity with pleasant carbonation.

’02 vintage on tap at Mahar’s. Very murky yellow color, nearly opaque. No head to speak of. This was the first glass of the keg though. Flavor was extreme sour apple, and it seemed to be a bite of alcohol on the palate.

75cl bottle from Auchan, Calais. I remember a Forum thread about unusual scoops and Silktork had this one due to having it during the Paris running. So when I saw it in the supermarche in Calais I had to have it didn’t I? Gold colour with thick white head. Woody apple aroma. Good and full in mouth. Bit of sweetness followed by dry finish. Bit too sweet for me, but woody apple is pleasant. Drunk whilst watching Italy beat Germany 2-0 in World Cup semi final

Bottle. Golden with lots of carbonation. Aromas are dry apple with some woodiness. Flavours are sweet ripe apple with some woodiness. Spritzy carbonation. OK.
