bottle. Clear golden yellow. Very pleasant aroma of apples, reminding me of a good English cider. Very fruity flavour, well-balanced, neither too sweet nor too dry, very fruity with pleasant carbonation.

Oct 14, 2007 On tap in Paris. Served in a funny little squat ceramic mug. Pretty much no head at all. Aroma is lightly apple, kind of salty, muggy, dirty water. Muddled and messy taste, only the slightest touch of apple and a lot more messy, muddy, horsey flavors. Not great.
