Orange, no head. Sweet malty aroma, hints at mild spices, perhaps hops. In the mouth it first gives apples, then fills out to a malty bitterness. After swallowing, count to 5, and then a wonderful wave of slightly doughy malt will hit you. The finish is also very bitter, later it becomes zesty orange. Everything you could ask for in a bitter. Very caramelly too. berkshirejohn (1830), Bracknell, Berkshire, England

Mild leafy hops. Enough bitterness to keep it drinkable but the pale malt flavours dont really provide enough interest over a pint.
