750 ml bottle shared with my wife. Pours a brilliant, crystal clear, fluorescent yellow gold, and I do mean fluorescent. There is no head as this is a still mead. Mild aroma of sweet honey along with a few faint whiffs of pineapple. The flavor is predominantly honey, although the earthiness of the honey is off-set by the sweetness of the pineapple. The flavor of pineapple itself is difficult to identify, and were it not for the label, would probably be overlooked. But it does add a sweetness to the mead and as I said earlier seems to remove a bit of the earthiness of the honey. Sweet without being cloying or syrupy. Enjoyable.
