Strawberries and orange blossom honey fermented into a semi-dry mead with a hint of strawberry and an ABV of 13%.

Pale pink/golden colour. Aroma of strawberry jam and some nice sweet honey aroma as well. Some light earthiness in here as well. Flavour is mostly sweet with a fair shot of ethanol. Light strawberry fruitiness on the finish. A bit candyish, but not bad.

Brewtopia. This was more like a soda then a alcoholic beverage. Taste and aroma was honey and strayberry.

from a bottle at brewtopia. very pale yellow color, close to clear! no head. honeyish tart aroma. also over-ripe/fermented strawberry, honey, biting. flavor is chardonnay, slight strawberry, dry sherry heat.
