Sampled at GWBF 2007. Poured from a 750 ml bottle a clear gold with no head. This is a still mead. Very pleasant aroma of vanilla and honey. The flavor is lightly sweet with honey and vanilla as the two strongest components with just a hint of caramel smoothness. Lingering honey and caramel in the aftertaste. Not at all cloying. Enjoyable.
