Commercial Description:
This full bodied amber ale is modeled after the "altbiers" of Dusseldorf, Germany. Our top fermenting yeast and cold finishing temperature result in a complex, yet clean, full flavor.

Frothy head that quickly dissapates. Amber color. Sweet flavour with fruity, raspberry notes. Quite nice and refreshing. Cheers!

Bottle. Amber/golden color. Good balance of hops and malt. Nothing special.

Appearance: clear, bright amber color, with a nice, fluffy, off-whitish head. Aroma: clean and even, rather lager-like, slightly floral, mildly hoppy. Taste: minor-key fruitiness on the palate, just enough malt to keep the flavor semi-interesting, slight citrus character. Very light in body, short finish, very light in every regard. When I used the phrase "minor-key" previously, that can be applied almost every-which-way here, for nothing in this brew strives beyond the simplest conception of what an ale has to be, at the very least. Incredibly boring. I can imagine this would do, if it were found at the sort of establishment that served nothing but macro-swillish products, but certainly not the sort of thing I’d ever seek out or choose to drink on it’s own merits.

though this seemed rather middle of the road, the road being on in a beautiful section of MA and during a ballgame in a fun bar added a smooth ride - good enough for three pints

Full head, great color. Has an odd, almost nut-brown ale flavoring. Not a standout.

Nice copper color with medium head. Nutty flavor with hints of carmel. Nice aftertaste.

Poured a copper color with a small off white head and light lacing. Earthy and lightly sweet caramel aroma. More caramel in the flavor as well as nuts, and light citrus. Balanced.

Pours dark straw/orangish, with some malt and slight hops. Tastes malty, with finishing slight hops, and a decent crisp malt at the finish.
