elihapa (232), Hawaii, USA Jun 28, 2008 This is not a "beer" worth drinking. Pours a faint gold, with a tiny scent. Flavor is watery, and the carbonation gobbles up any semblance of an agreeable flavor. At 3.8% alcohol this brew won’t even get you happy, so I really cannot recommend this.
DaveB (67), Holyoke, Massachusetts, USA Aug 18, 2008 On tap at Hooters on the Wilbur Cross Pkwy. Gold color with a quickly dissapating head. Mild blackberry aroma and taste. Good from start to finish. daknole (644), Plantation, Florida, USA Aug 15, 2008 Had at Smugglers Notch. Easy drinking, but unspecatacular fruit beer. Flavor is blackberry I guess, but not quite "natural" tasting. Fun to try...move along. kevd193213 (311), Coventry, Rhode Island, USA Aug 11, 2008 Draught. Pale yellow pour with virtually no head. Aroma of fruit and yeast. Taste is so sweet that it tastes artificial. One is enough. AgentSteve (736), Livermore, California, USA Aug 8, 2008 Got from my bro’ in law ’cause he knows I like craft beer. He thought I said crap beer. Pours macro lager gold with a synthetic fruity nose. The flavor is a bit tart and a bit dry in the finish. Not much else. I might have had a bad bottle, but I doubt it. Beerded_one (1570), Croydon, Pennsylvania, USA Aug 8, 2008 Sampled at 08 vt brewers fest. Pours a pale yellow with a small white head. Blackberry/raspberry aroma with grains and some pale malts. Flavor is similar to aroma with a touch of sweetness and has a crisp and clean finish
