| 3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Feb 14, 2007 The Harvest pours a light amber color with a large, frothy white head. Fair lacing and a sparkling body. Aroma is of moderate strength malts with molasses notes. Initial taste is lightly acidic, kicking in with a light sweet finish with a short duration. Light body, watery texture, and soft carbonation make this a very drinkable beer.
Reviewer’s notes: "A lot of malts. Slight maple - maybe"

| 2.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 3/5 | 4/10 | 3/5 | 10/20 | Dec 6, 2006 Dark amber color with a thin white head of small and big bubbles. Aroma is very mild. Some sweetness. Flavor is mild as well. Just a touch of sweetness. Not very good for a seasonal harvest beer. mansquito (846), Boston/Philadelphia, USA

This one has a sweet aroma and then a nice thick taste accompanying it. Nice and smoth taste with a carmelly feel to it. No real bite to it as many ales have, but it is certainly not a bad beer never the less. I’ll drink it again. hophead75 (1964), Boonton, New Jersey, USA
| 2.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 2/5 | 10/20 | Oct 13, 2006 single bottle from Gary’s in madison. Pours a clear deep reddish amber. Aroma is of caramel, butter, toffee, diacetyl I think. Taste is the same, smooth lightly bitter finish. Dickinsonbeer (3500), Hoboken, New Jersey, USA
| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Oct 1, 2006 12 oz bottle. Pours a clear lightish amber with a thin white film of a head. Aroma is weak but includes some toasted and caramel malts with light nutty hints. Flavor is also on the light side, but is clean and easy to drink- more light caramel, some toffee, nuts, and a very light herbal hoppy finish. Nothing bad here, but nothing really noteworthy either. jwdevalue (158), Neptune, New Jersey, USA

| 2.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 11/20 | Sep 12, 2006 Bottle from Super Saver. Clear deep copper pour with aroma of caramel malt, slight tobacco, nuts, and figgy fruit. Tastes caramel malty, with some vinous fruit notes, hops, and slight urethane and diacetyl flavors. This one is mediocre. The harvest must have been hampered by all the rain. sheatripper (863), Brooklyn, New York, USA
| 2.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 2/5 | 12/20 | Sep 4, 2006 Bottle. Clear dark copper with frothy off-white head. Sweet malt aroma mostly, red apple skins, some hay or grassy notes as well. Can’t really sense any hops, though I trust they’re there. Tangy/sweet malt flavor, with a very mild bitterness on the finish. Palate a little watery. I got excited over the word "harvest," but this one falls a little short on the satisfaction scale. Still, not terrible. Drinkable session beer.
