Commercial Description:
Here is our "Wheat Beer with Yeast." Beers brewed with a high proportion of wheat yield a crisp and refreshing flavor profile, while the addition of our special yeast adds a blend of complex citrus and spice flavors...forget the lemon wedge, this Hef' has plenty of flavor!

Bottle. Pour is a hazy amber with a small, white head and aromas of spice, spice and spice. Pepper, fennel and cloves in the nose. Flavor is more of the same and is simply lovely. Big banana/cloves up front with a bit of bubble gum sweetness and a lemony/peppery finish. This was darn good and it leaves me wondering whether I got a particularly good bottle or if there is a new batch or what the heck...

Bottle. Pours light golden, with a very thin white head, slight haze. Aroma is yeasty, with strong banana and slight clove. Flavor is similar, spicy and with a bit of cinnamon. Pretty straight forward hefe.

Very nice obtuse banana aroma mixed with vanilla. Pour is clear till you get to the bottom then the gunk swirls in nicely. Good initial flavor impact, not offensive and pretty enjoyable. A likable brew that is easy to get along with. Nice and tasty without any ill effects. Good tingly carbonation that is just above average. Overall very pleased with this brew and I’m glad I picked it up. Finish is a bit dull and perhaps a tad watery, but nothing out of the norm for a beer of this style.

Ugh. Terrible hefe. Aroma was weak. Bubblegum and banana but very thin. Pour was a flat light gold with no head or bubbles. Taste was thin and weak. Tastes like a carbonated banana drink with a thin sour aftertaste. Blah.

Everything about this beer is pretty good. It’s not going to blow you away but it’s a nice refreshing hefe. This was the first hefe that I really got a bubblegum taste out of. Not to menction the citrussy orange , wheat and bready yeast. I like this beer on a nice summer day. Easy to drink and very refreshing, My 100th beer.

Poured from bottle. Light golden, cloudy, , coarse white head. Malty aroma with a bit of gas. It’s got wheat and yeast alright, but needs more. Citrus notes in aftertaste. Finished well. Not bad.

Your standard hefeweizen. If that’s a good thing for you then you’ll like this beer I guess. It had a nice fruitiness that I couldn’t put my finger on, perhaps like lemon, not really citrussy orange or lime, but some lemon. Very spritey and bouncy palate, with a thin body that make it easy to drink. I’d like to mow my lawn to one of these. Nice and refreshing, but obviously not the most class beer you could hope to find. Hey, I still liked it.
