Bottle. Darkly malty aroma with a dash of honey. Light floral bouquet. Darkish amber-brown body with medium carbonation and a lacing, rocky beige head. Taste is dark and malty, lightly bitter with slightly smoky, almost peaty notes and faint dehydrating hop action swirling from front to back. Dry with herbal highlights. Medium body and a very dry aftertaste. Not so bad.

Reddish amber hue, transparent pour. Nose of iron, cranberry and fruit snacks, with mineral notes being most dominant. A light flavor of strawberry and grape sweetness slowly shifts into a grainy, earthy cashew territory. Reserved, not necessarily weak. A watery palate clumsily kills the possibility of an interesting experience here. Quick finish. Could have been better. Thanks Adam!

It poured brown and clear with no head. It was slightly sweet at first sip, perhaps the honey strikes first. The hops then came in but the effect was unbalanced. I was left with a metallic aftertaste.

12oz bottle labeled bottled on 11/16/06. Poured a medium and clear copperish color with a larger sized off white head. Aromas of caramel, honey, and all around fruity. Tastes of caramel, fruity, and had almost a sourish/bitter finish. Thin body that was bordering on watery. Some lacing left on the glass.

This beer was pourd into a flute glass with not much of a head to it. it has an amber color to it and the smell of hops. The taste was of hops and malt with a hint of bananna. This was a good beer and it is very refreshing.

Not real deep and complex, but a lightly smoked sweet caramel malt flavor. Moderately sweet. No hops or bitterness. Could use more alcohol to better match the style.
