Amber orange body, fine off-white head. Grassy, malty and little fruity aroma. Grass is dominating in the flavor. Sweet malt and brown sugar notes also. Rather dry and harsh and not very interesting.

A dark amber beer with a disappearing beige head. The aroma is weak, but what is there is of malt and alcohol. The flavor is slightly sour with notes of malt.

Bottled: Light amber coloured. Clear. Light beige medium head. Light fruity and some hops and malt in the aroma. Light chocolate notes. Hops and malt flavours. Is crips and light spices. Watery and light bitter in the end.

Brown with a foamy off-white head. A sweet and fairly mellow version of the style, hints of chocolate at times, roasted earth. Lacks a little of the punch and bitter balance to make it a serious brown ale contender. Not bad.

Doughy yeast, malty, meaty aroma. Clear, pale brown with tan head that recedes to thin cover. Sweet and lightly malty. Mild bitterness. Medium-light body with good carbonation. On tap at the Vermont Brewers Festival. Re-rated in the bottle and found it to be quite similar with a strong candy-like fruitiness in both the aroma and flavour.

Orange browna ale with small off white head. Rather grassy aroma and fresh malts. Light crisp with a nice sweet malt finish , a touch of roasted. Medium to light bodied, perfect for after hitting the trail, or like me, from a bike ride in the sweltering sun.

Decent head. Creamy on top and lasts for a little while. Decent carbonation. Light aroma of roasted malts and a bit of dough. Color is medium orange/brown. Flavor is light and crisp with a little bit of roastyness. Maybe some nuts in there also. Nice dry and slightly bitter finish. Bit of a salty pretzle aftertaste. A decent beer but nothing all that special.
