Sep 5, 2006 WOW! Is it really unfiltered? That is sooooooooo kkewwwwwl. Pours light tan with a touch of burnt orange. A bit of haze. Minimal head. Citrus aroma, orange and grapefruit with a touch of sour apple and sweet-tarts. Lightly carbonated. Thin body, watery mouthfeel. Bitter, not enough malt to balance the flavor. Not very interesting, but I can drink it.

Aug 1, 2006 Bottle: Pours to a medium straw color, slightly hazy with some definite sediment but it doesn’t exactly "unfiltered" completely, has a medium white head. The aroma is bitter grassy hops, aged grapefruit, orange rind, mild fruit, and caramel. The taste is medium bitter (though not very for an IPA, at least compared to a west-coast style), showing some light citrus flavors, along with grapefruit hops, light pine, mild light malts, orange, maybe a touch of toasted caramel in there somewhere as well. Light bodied, moderately carbonated, finishes dry with some mildly bitter floral hops.

Jul 30, 2006 Orangish body with a fairly large head and decent lacing. Aroma is grapefruity hops with notes of fruit and caramel. Flavor has some grassy bitterness. A good IPA, but definitely not world class either. I thought it was underrated. 12th percentile?

Jul 15, 2006 [bottle] Cloudy yellow color. Aroma is hoppy, but not really that IPA-ish. Flavors are first quite yeasty, then the grassy hops enter. Thin mouthfeel, with pretty mild carbonation. Not the most exciting IPA.

May 29, 2006 12oz bottle. Pours a light amber color with a fluffy white head. Nose is nice sweet juicy hops. Palate is a bit thin with a nice refreshing characteristic to it. Flavor is stale malt and light grassy hops. Bits of sweet sugar notes.

May 28, 2006 Poured a semi-hazy amber with a small fizzy off-white head. Bizarre aroma, alternating between apple/pear, grapefruit hops, toffee/sweatsocks. Flavor is rather dry and crisp with some citrusy hop flavor, vodka, orange and some toffee. Acceptable.
