Feb 13, 2008 Bottle. Pours light hazy orange with a white head. Hoppy aroma with notes of orange and caramel. Medium body with a very mild flavor. Mostly hops with a bitter finish. This falls a little short.

Jan 25, 2008 Average ipa color... but not average ipa taste. Hop presence was much more lacking than I would have hoped for. Some grapefruit tastes in there as well as a smooth malty aspect. Not flavorful for an IPA.

Dec 31, 2007 pours a copper amber with a white head. better than average lacing, especially for an IPA. aroma of light sweet floral hops and creamy orange. taste is a little light malt (almost roasty...) followed by some citrus hops and fruity creaminess. nicely balanced, but still kind of weak. not very complex. a drinkable session-type brew, worth a try if you see it. but if you’re a hardcore hoppy IPA fan, look elsewhere.

Dec 30, 2007 12oz bottle, brewed 10/01/07. Pours hazy pale orange, with a moderate sized white head that rapidly diminishes. Aroma is milder than expected, with some earthy hops, caramel malt, and citrus. Flavor begins with pine and grapefruit from the hops, with some malt providing balance. Mild hops linger on the palate. OK IPA, but nothing spectacular.

Oct 27, 2007 One of more flavorful IPA’s I have had. Love the fact that it is unfiltered. Not extremely hoppy, but it that allows the full flavor to come out of it and not be bl;own away with hops. Overall, very drinkable.

Sep 23, 2007 Bottle. Clear orange body with a creamy white head. Potpourri and orange resin aroma with hints of rye bread lingering in the background.
Tastes a tad watery, then some caramel appears, and finally some sweet pineapple. The hops in this are pretty scarce, actually.

Appearance : Slightly hazed with fractional head.3-
Nose : Green wet hop leaf hops with rich ripe grown fruit touches.
Flavour/Palate :Slightly harsh with its short carbo bursts. Fruity middle with some hop accents. Finish was on creamy side ending abrupt. Uneventful lightly hopped IPA.
