tcruicks (282), Bloomington, Indiana, USA Dec 6, 2006 It looks cloudy and orange. Its hoppy, fruity (citrusy like orange, but also apple), grainy, and grassy. The flavor and aroma are similar, but there is somethign weird about the aroma so the flavor gets an extra point.
Rciesla (1580), Brick City, New Jersey, USA Dec 24, 2008 Bottle. Pours an amber body with a thin off white head. Sweet malty apple a very thin citrus and grapefruit character. Thin caramel with a light lemon in the finish, maybe its the hop resins. eh. DrDavid (669), Johnson, Vermont, USA Dec 2, 2008 Updated: Dec 3, 2008Bottle. Aroma less citrus than expected, some peach and earthiness. Hazy gold body, white head. Flavor is mild, mostly undefined and bland, not assertive. Pretty undistinguished. malrubius (559), USA Oct 27, 2008 12 ounce botle in pint glass. Hazy golden orange with ring head. Very mild citrus hop aroma. Very mild fruity apricot sweetness and very mild hop finish. Medium bosy and carbo. One of the least flavorful IPAs I have had. NPRugby11 (54), New York, USA Oct 9, 2008 Pours a cloudy orange/tan and immediately hits you with a burst of citrus and hops. Has a citrus-peach character rounded out by bitterness. Goes down quite smooth, a very good pale ale. Slipstream (479), USA Sep 8, 2008 Forceful fruity, piney hop aroma and a cloudy tan pour. A little skank in the aroma. Nicely malted and well-balanced - tastes of orange, pine, esters, and peppers. I like the idea of an unfiltered IPA, and I’m surprised this does not score higher.
