Dark brown with a thin off-white head. Aroma of light caramel, roasted and dark malts and light fruit. Taste of maple, mild fruit, caramel and roasted malts. Body is creamy and finishes nondescript. Served in a chilled glass that quickly left a layer of ice on top of my beer, yikes. phishpond417 (1421), Green Bay, Wisconsin, USA Jun 8, 2008 Your first initial glance at this beer, might lead you to believe it is a full bodied bock with plenty of structure, but after the taste it feels very light in the mouth. A hint of nutmeg in the aroma, soft finish. Could be a little heavier. Skyview (2852), Papoose Jct., Minnesota, USA Mar 26, 2008 On draught at the brewpub in Vernon, Wisconsin, south of Waukesha.
