hopdog (4569), Lansdale, Pennsylvania, USA Jul 19, 2008 On tap at the Longneck Brew Pub. Served with a slice of lemon. Poured a lighter and cloudy golden color with a small sized head. Aromas of sweaty wheat and some citrus (from the lemon?). Tastes of wheat, citrus, and grainy. Fizzy, light and thin body. esjaygee (733), Oak Creek, Wisconsin, USA Jun 15, 2008 On tap at Longnecks Brew Pub. Pale yellow with a thin white head. Aroma of corn and perfumed malts. Flavor of corn, lemon, wheat all wrapped up in a thin body that’s too bland and astringent. phishpond417 (1421), Green Bay, Wisconsin, USA Jun 8, 2008 Pours hazey light golden body, hardly any distinct nuances in the aroma. Very plan, and watery. Over malted- trying not to be too critical, but it was a sad representation of this style. JPDIPSO (4234), Wauwatosa, Wisconsin, USA Jan 28, 2008 Lightly hazed, light straw color with a somewhat fizzy white head. Seem to catch more glass cleaner soap than beer aromas. Some hint of citrus and maybe a touch of wheat. Watery wheat and and light citrus flavors. Finish is dry and again watery. A mix of an american wheat and a weak pale lager. Skyview (2851), Papoose Jct., Minnesota, USA Jun 6, 2007 Available only at the brewpub on tap. Remember to ask bartender to place lemon off to the side. Pours a light clear pale golden brew with a fast dissolving white head. No lacing. Aroma has hardly any scent. Just barely any citrus and hay to the nose. Taste is very light body, highly carbonated, and watered down beer. Hardly any wheat taste. Finish is clean and no after taste. At least the lemon will give it some flavor.
