Jul 16, 2009 Draught at the brewpub. Gold with a white head. Lightly citric and floral nose with some weird esters. The flavor is lightly bready with some dough and a medium bitter citrus-hops finish. Light bodied and crisp. Not bad, but pretty boring for an APA.

Oct 27, 2008 On tap. Some malt with a grassy, strawlike hop bitterness at the finish. It’s basically their pilsner with some more malt thrown in. I didn’t find it very well balance or comlex, which are two things I look for in a Pale Ale.

Jan 12, 2008 the first time I went to Los Gatos Brewing I was unimpressed but this beer is really good. It’s hop character is over the top, almost an IPA, but the balance is just right. This beer is much better than the 3.17 it has now.
