Draught at the brewpub. Amber color with a creamy off-white head. Light sweet malty aroma. The flavor is rich and a little on the sweet, malty side, with toasty and caramel flavors. Medium and slightly chewy body. Low alcohol flavor and bitterness. The sweetness of the malts could use a little more hop bitterness to balance, but a pretty nice and flavorful, though simple beer.

Jul 18, 2007 Draft. bronze beer with an off-white head. Low malt aroma with some mineral hops. Rich caramel malt flavor with lots of mineral tones and some grass. Medium body. Lingering malt, slight honey.
