bulletrain76 (537), Santa Cruz, California, USA Jun 28, 2008 Draught at the brewpub. Reddish-brown color with a small, quickly dissipating head that leaves some foam settled around the glass. The aroma was initially quite metallic, but mellowed into a slight caramelized toasty maltiness after awhile. The flavor has some caramel and light tea going on. Pretty clean, just a little sweet, and has a little too much carbonation. Liked the malty flavor, but the hard mineral-metal aspect was a little weird.
