Bottle. Pale hazy gold with no head. Aromas are grain and butter with lots of citrus acidity. Some sweet caramel. Flavours are caramel, wheat and tart citrus. Hints of cream with banana and yeast. Reminds me of some of the English cask wheat beer efforts.

Bottle: Pale golden coloured, hazy, small fluffy head, slowly diminishing; fruity, a bit tart nose (bananas, cloves) with the faintest illusion of a hoppy bitterness; delicate sweetish flavour, light bodied; fruity-sweetish finish with some hops in the last moment. The Weizen dominates; all in all an easily drinkable Bier..........

(bottle) Hazy and cloudy yellow colour with a big foamy white head. Yeasty and slightly wheat-malty aroma with notes of citrus and banana on a hoppy background. Bitter and slightly sweet flavour, light to medium body, lively carbonation. Wheat-malty taste with a fruity estery notes, mainly of banana; rather unpleasant bitter and yeasty finish. Not very challenging, lacks balance.

Bottle, bought at the brewery tap. Blonde, hazy, almost cloudy. Fruit (banana especially) and clove in the aroma. Banana in the flavor. The pilsener character is swept away by the weissbier. Thirst quenching, but no own character.
