From bottle at Lost Abbey before RBSG on 08/02/2008. Clear golden body with a medium foamy white head. Spicy fruity aroma. Sweet fruity apple flavor with light spice. Medium body with moderately high carbonation.

Thanks to Tom for this one. Yellow body with a tall fluffy head. Aroma is sweet, bubblegum, bitter yeasty spice. Flavor is slightly of lemon, sweetness all around, a bit of bubblegum.

750mL bottle, courtesy of CaptainCougar. Thanks, Tom! Pours a bright, clear golden color; thin white head with patchy lacing. Lots of dry yeastiness, apples, and limey / citrusy brettiness in the aroma; dry and yeasty. Medium mouthfeel: lots of honey, Belgian sugar, and basic, light brettiness; touches of lime and toasty malts; reasonable presence in the mouth, nicely toasty. Lengthy finish: honey, toasty malts, and breadiness at the far end.

Courtesy of captaincougar. Mostly clear gold body with a small off-white head. The nose is herbal, honey, cotton candy and light pineapple. The flavor is lightly sweet, lightly bitter with flowers, cotton candy, honey, peach, pear and light citrus. Medium body is soft with moderate carbonation.

RBSG 2008. Pours gold with a light haziness to it, smooth white head. Lots of bretts in the nose and flavor, dry and citrusy throughout. Really refreshing beer that will probably gain a bunch of funk with age.

Sampled @ RBSG. Slightly cloudy golden color, loose white head. Light peppery aroma, some citrus and a nice background Brett presence. Hop character is apparent early, then the spice characters come in. Nice dry finish with a decent hop presence.

Sampled during the RBSG Tasting. This saison poured a yellow straw color from the bottle. Small to medium sized white foamy head. The aroma is fruity, yeasty and bretty. A medium bodied saison. The malts are fruity and sweet. The hops are earthy, floral and spicy. Kind of hoppy for a saison. A little sweeter and fruitier than Ne Goeien, but its balanced with a nice mild funkiness and spiciness. The brett character is there, but its not overpowering. Lively carbonation. Crisp and clean. Mouthfeel is full. Finish is clean and smooth. Aftertaste is slightly spicy and a touch funky.

Sampled at RBSG tasting. Pours medium golden with a white head. Nice big brett and citrus aroma. Nice soft pillowy texture. Tart and citrusy with a semi dry finish. Very easy to drink.
