Bottled. A hazy golden beer with a thin white head. The aroma is sweet with strong notes of spices and medium notes of lemon. The flavor is very sweet and rather spicy - among them coriander, combined with notes of lemon and other frutis, leading to a dry spicy finish where the citrus note lingers. Is it Simcoe and Amarillo hops?

Preview bottle, Brouwer’s, March ’08
Milky sediment on this. Blonde, with a thick head. Yeasty, slightly floral, and slightly mushroomy. Spritzy, still milky-looking at this point, lending a nice sugary sweet malt character, reminiscent of the way the yeast does this to a nigori. Light floral, peppery notes. Finishes dry and assertively yeast. Cooool - this’ll be a fun one.

Draft... RBSG ‘08... Cloudy, straw-colored ale with a small, fizzy, white head. The aroma is all about spicy, herbal, peppery notes with a drop of honey. Medium to full-bodied with a lightly creamy mouthfeel and lazy carbonation. The flavor is little herbal and spicy and just a touch funky. Medium sweetness alongside mild acidity and moderate bitterness. Lengthy, mildly bitter, very lightly acidic, drying finish.
