Commercial Description:
For centuries Venetians lightened the dark of winter with an elaborate upending of social order. In donning a disguise for Carnevale, for one night a pauper could become a prince, a learned man a fool, a proper lady a passionate lover...and no one would be the wiser. This beer is our tribute to that grand celebration of the unexpected. A Saison-style blonde ale with American hops and... well, thats all you really need to know. Now put on your mask, raise your glass, and toast to the magic of a winter’s night mystery. Le Carnevale!

750ml bottle thanks to kmweaver. Controlled pour gets a clear yellow body with a white sticky head. Fruity pear and white grape nose along with some soft and delicate yeast, mellow and smooth. Fresh, moderately thick, a bit sticky, mildly tart and yeast-heavy. In fact I think it’s all yeast, and it’s quite good. Dry pears, dried grapes, soft citrus bitterness, it’s really nice.

Courtesy Beerlando. Thanks Bryan! Pours a cloudy pale orange with a swirly white head. Smells of sweet orange citrus and malts, some clove and coriander show up as well. The flavor is heavy on those two spices, along with some more of that orange peel, and mild funk. Heavy carbonation, some caramel in there too, which was unusual. Easy drinking, but not overly flavorful. Not my favorite that they’ve done.

750mL bottle, courtesy of multiple folks. Thanks, guys! Pours a slightly viscous, honey color; white head with medium-bubbled lacing. Plenty of honey, sugar, and yeast in the aroma. Medium mouthfeel: sticky honey, Belgian sugar, and basic toasty malts upfront; lots of sweetness and stickiness and viscosity for a saison. Lengthy finish: candy / Belgian sugar, yeast, and honey; still sweet.

Courtesy of kmweaver. Clear golden body with a medium white head. Spicy, herbal nose with cotton candy, honey, dough, flowers and pepper. The flavor is moderately sweet, lightly bitter with flowers, herbal, honey, apricot, pepper and light pear. Medium/full body is soft with moderate carbonation.
