Fruity citrus aroma, some tangerines, hops, spices, yeast and definitely some funk which I’m pretty sure is brett as it smells like Iron. Nice sweet fruity upfront citrus flavor that quickly dries out, citrus, spice, yeast, light hops, candied wheat, funky brett, dried blood. Long coriander aftertaste, light bitterness. This is excellent! Off-dry. Medium/light bodied with fluffy larger carbonation, slightly sticky. carruthm (1170), Seattle, Washington, USA
