| 3.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 15/20 | Nov 17, 2009 Thanks to kiefdog for bringing this one to the tasting. Pours hazy yellow with white head. Nose is citrus, booze, hay, slight funk, brett, and some fruity notes. Flavor is the same with a mild brett presence, and funk. Sweetness, apple, pepper, yeast, and more sweetness give this beer a nice summer evening feel. Medium bodied and very enjoyable for a brett-spiked beer. hirigalzkar (570), Stockholm, Sweden
