Thanks to kiefdog for bringing this one to the tasting. Pours hazy yellow with white head. Nose is citrus, booze, hay, slight funk, brett, and some fruity notes. Flavor is the same with a mild brett presence, and funk. Sweetness, apple, pepper, yeast, and more sweetness give this beer a nice summer evening feel. Medium bodied and very enjoyable for a brett-spiked beer.

Courtesy of kiefdog. Pours hazy deep gold with thin tan head. The aroma has a pleasing mix of sweet apple, a touch of grains, raspberry, earthiness and a bit of tartness. The taste is full with firm body carrying around modest Brett like tartness, apple, some spices, a bit of berry, a mild sense of earthiness, hay and grains. Nice complex brew that should only get better with some age.

2009 bottle from Beermerchants.com. Cloudy golden with a fine offwhite head. Deeply complex aroma, brettanomyces in the lead, but also citrus and sweet malts. Flavours are predominantly sweet, though neatly balanced by brett, that nevertheless play second violin in the mouth. Honey notes as well as flowers. A treat.
