Sep 21, 2009 Served from Tap. A clear golden color with a very low dense head. Aroma has a light apple sweetness, slight coriander spicy note, pretty faint alcohol with a light two-row sweetness and light citrus end note. Flavor is lightly sweet of malt, a modest amount of alcohol but not enough to dry the flavor out, sweetness of apple and light coriander spcid and a modest amount of yest presence. Moderate density combined with low carbonation make it feel just okay but there is still a good deal of lacing left on the glass. Overall an okay brew from the tap but the flavors seemed a bit faint and not very memorable.

Sep 21, 2009 Bottle thanks to Craig. Pours a cloudy gold with a thin white head. The aroma was hops and sweet malts. Notes of fruity yeast and citrus also came through. On the palate it is lighter than I expected and pretty carbonated. The flavor brings out citrus hops and it finishes pretty bitter. This beer was pretty good, different than what I expected, but still good.

Sep 12, 2009 Cloudy golden color with a foamy off white head. Sweet grain nose that reminded me of raw home brew. Flavors of sweet tea, bread, yeast, sweet lemons and some spice. Clean, refreshing beer.

Sep 4, 2009 bottle-FIRST DRINK- Aroma of tart apples, taste more hops than your usual belgian beers. very good. LAST DRINK- Nice mellow hoppy belgian style beer, good til the end.

Sep 1, 2009 This bottle came straight from the brewery so it was pretty fresh. Nice golden color, hazy with a somewhat funky aroma. The taste was clean, a little funk, some tart fruity flavors also.The mouth-feel was smooth. I was glad my cousin popped this bottle because it wasn’t on tap at the brewery.

Aug 31, 2009 This hopped-up belgian starts with a pretty dark golden pour with substantial white head. Nose is Belgian yeast esters (fruity and spicy) with some hop herbal qualities. Nice spritzy palate, refreshing and sparkling, with notes of yeasty fruitiness, herbal hop bitterness, and sweet roasted caramel and toffee maltiness. Good pairing with many different foods.

Aug 30, 2009 750ml bottle. Being that this is not my favorite style of beer, you may want to take this rating with a grain of salt. Straw yellow pour with white head. Sweet, malty flavor with touches of light fruits. Not enough flavor for my liking and just really not all that impressive of a beer.
