A cold pour reveals a golden copper color and a modest, very English, beachball spattered froth that reduces to a just as modest lace. Aromas of aged citrus and tropicals. Medium nectar w/ superb carbonation. This is a nice brew w/ great balance. Flavor wise it reminds me more of an English ale w/ some tropical nuaces rathern than a Belgian Ale. Gentle citus and banana compliment eachother wrapped in a moderate malt blanket w/ striking hopsy citrus rind bittering. The finish satisfys and demands to be consumed. This beer is delicious!

Jan 7, 2009 750ml bottle, hazy golden hue, with an off-white head, yeasty, fruity nose of pears, peaches, lemons, with a spicy coriander, with a hint of floral hop zesty lemony aroma follows through on a medium-bodied palate with a yeasty, fruity tangerine, spicy coriander character, with some candied tangerine, orange peel, peachy, pineapple fruitiness, with a mild flowery hop grassiness, leading towards a fruity, herbal hop bitterness finish.

Jan 7, 2009 75cl bottle. Pours clear golden with a small creamy bubbly head. Nose is fruity, yeasty and hoppy. Grassy and floral. Medium bodied. Fine balance. Crisp and pleasant. Good.

Jan 3, 2009 On tap at Papago. Pours a cloudy gold with a snow white head that leaves nice lacing. Nose is floral hops, yeast and spice. Taste is floral hops, peach, spicy yeast and light citrus hops in the finish. Medium creamy mouth feel. Good stuff.
