Fruity/hoppy aroma- very fragrant. Grassy and some citrus notes. The taste is quite nice with a peppery presence of hops and citrus, maybe a bit of pine notes. Mild bitter finish. Really a nice tasting, full bodied golden ale. Very nice.

Slightly hazy. Aroma is pine, some citrus, and maybe a little earthiness. I am rating this beer without knowing what Lost Abbey intends for it to be. It seems to me like a an American Pale Ale with a slight Belgian yeast funk. Although I might be imagining the funk… Bitterness is mild, although certainly present. Mouthfeel is medium. Flavor is nicely balanced between tart citrus and pine and bitterness, with an earthy quality. Overall effect is smooth, refreshing, nicely balanced, pale ale, with a little funk to make it interesting. fonefan (11885), VestJylland, Denmark
