Aug 15, 2009 Bottle 75 cl. Hazy and opaque yellow with a small, off-white head. Distinctly tart aroma with lots of acetone and Brett. Medium body, sweet fruits at first but then a massive Brettiness with lots of astringent acetone that almost feels choking. Interesting. 110709

Jul 26, 2009 75 cl bottle, courtesy of AlohaC. Pours almost clear and golden yellow with a small white head. Shivering sourness. Crisp brett and fruity flavoured. Very vibrant. Dry and sour flavoured. Solid acetone dry finish. Lovely.

Nov 24, 2009 Bottle at chris_o’s "smash Kook’s granny tasting". Alround rating: Sour acidic yeasty chatacter, a bit woody, citrusy lemon(subtle), carbonation is lacking a bit which is strange for someone who donesnt like carbonation. But alround i was soo looking forward to this beer and was massivly disapointed by it, just lacks the complexity and cleanness needed in a sour.

Nov 26, 2009 @Moosetoberfest Gathering Thanks Boamr–750ml bottle-pours a white ring for a head and hazy gold color. Aroma is sour fruit, sweet light malt, vinegar. Taste is sour fruit, sweet light malt, vinegar. Lots of effervescence. Not my style, but good.

Aug 24, 2009 Updated: Aug 31, 2009Bottle… This beer rocks!…Cloudy, light yellow ale with little to no head. The nose offers funky notes of sharp, aged cheese, lemon and horse blanket. Medium to full-bodied and velvety with stinging carbonation. The flavor is very sour and provides essences of lemon juice, cinnamon and wood – acidity at its finest, but very clean. Finishes sour and dry. This bottle of world class beer was provided by giarcsr!

Nov 24, 2009 Bottle. Not bad, by any stretch, but lacking the finesse i like in my sours. Very down the middle sourness, with some messy edges to it. Tart, sour, apple and lemon acidity, with a good amount of funk. Sweet and sour in flavour, lots of acidity.
