Commercial Description:
And so the Three Wise Men set out from the East bearing gifts of Gold, Frankincense and Myrrh. Along the Way, they follwoed a bright light. The Bible neglects to mention if they brought beer or not. Who goes crossing the desert without beer? How smart are we to believe these wise men were? Since Christmas is the season of gift giving more than receiving, please be a giver and share the Wisdom found in each and every bottle of our Gift of the Magi.

750mL Bottle. Wow. Rich fruity nose combined with elements of candied plums, rich jamaicain spices, and brandy. Dry, cottony and fresh. Very inviting. Pours a brilliant amber, with gold fringe and a rim of white. The flavor is deft. So many wonderful things going on, from the minerally yeast signature, to the redolent mix of fruit and spice and the wildness from the Brett. Dry and quaffable. Spicy alcohols mix with white figs and candied almonds. Delicious. This beer is stellar. Complex. Deep. Dry hops add a wonderful grassy floral quality throughout the beer. The malt lies deep with toasted bread character and sweet, perfumed mild fruits. Hops clean up in the finish. Rounded, complex and full of delicious depth while maintaining drinkability.

Bottle with the Club. Pours a hazy light cobber with a diminishing off-white head. Smells of alcohol. Sweet and sugary with some bitterness. Slight spicyness and a hint of metals. Medium to low carbonation. Hints of alcohol in the finish.

Bottle. Dark brown beer with a semi strong head. The aroma is florally hopped with a slight sourness about it. The flavour is very dry, strongly vinous and deeply bitter, malty and roasted. Overall probably a little too strong for the style to be a brilliant beer, but good none the less.

Pale amber, slight fog. Faint band-aid and caramel aroma. Lots of character, though somewhat unbalanced. The funk and sticky sweet base work and don’t, like a flawed masterpiece or an aspiring everyday beer. Meh.

Bottle. Hazy orange coloured with a small white head. Sweet and fruity aroma of caramel with notes of spices. Fruity flavour of caramel, spices, hops and pine needles with notes of yeast. Hoppy finish.

Det her er en juleøl. Mørk uklarravfarvet med et hvidt skum. Dufter af karamel, tørrede frugter og noget sødt. Smager af chokolade og noget krydderi. Minder om en sødlig belgier uden gær. Tør humlet eftersmag.
