Jul 4, 2007 Bottled, thanks cquiroga! Cloudy nut brown, average head. Caramelly nose. Sweet and fairly soft with medium body. Mild and spritzy, fruity and lightlyestery. So melon and metal shows up as well. Stays shy of being overpowering and cloying, and is instead mild and laid back. Somehow the flavour doesn’t really cover the whole mouth as in the best Belgian ales.

Jun 24, 2008 Opaque reddish-brown. Aroma of plum, orange, raisin, some sweet brown sugar and caramel malts. Fairly clean but yeasty. The carbonation is a bit zippy. Finishes with raisin notes, alcohol heat and a hint of peachiness.
