This is another decent beer by Lost Abbey...a hazy brunette with orange undertones. This brew has a bubbly off-white head and minimal lacing. The aroma is extremely sweet...plum, grape juice, and caramel with a taste to match. This is very drinkable but not very complex.

Pours a dark reddish brown color from the bottle. Thin off-white head that is actually somewhat frothy and resiliant. I’m drinking this brew warmer than I normally prefer, so it’s probably the perfect temp, but the nose is a bit subdued. I get a bit of dark, wet fruitiness, also some dark malts in there. Tastes fruity... Deep, dark, fruitiness. Raisin and plum stand out. Neither of which I really like, but this brew is tasty and different.

Crushed with Jakebra. Lots of fruits throughout. Incredibly smooth. Very nice. Surprisingly not incredibly good, but definitely pretty sexy. Plenty to complement here, and nothing really to complain about.

750 ml bottle. Pours a hazy brownish amber color with a medium fine beige head. The aroma had a good amount of dried dark fruits, moderate sweetness, biscuity malt, and a splash of caramel. The flavor had moderate sweetness, dried dark fruits with raisin being more pronounced in the finish, bready/biscuity malt, and a touch of a warming bite at the end. Medium to medium full bodied and quite good. I’ve found that the Lost Abbey beers with the least hype are the ones that I can see myself drinking over again.

Thanks to KAME for this one. Pours out a nice deep brown with a moderate white head. Aroma was of some yeast, spice and caramel. Flavors are very complex with fruity notes of raisin, prune, fig with some other spice notes going on in the background. Very solid beer, cant’ wait to try a few more from this brewery.

750ml bottle. Poured a very nice dark brown, with a red hue to it, pretty. Kind of smells like a raisin box, interesting. Very smooth drinker, can taste the fruit in there, very enjoyable.
