Nose is heavy with spices--coriander, clove, grains of paradise. No funk. Flavor is more spices, wheat, slight hops and citrus. Mouthfeel is light and easy to drink. Alcohol not detected. Nose of bread and yeast and a hint of citrus. Taste of bread, yeast, lemon and orange, very sweet, nicely balanced with a black pepper and ginger spice bite. Spice and citrus in the finish, with a hint of funk, and maybe some hops, Very nice.
