| 3.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 3/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 14/20 | Nov 21, 2009 pours a slightly cloudy golden with a nice white head. Aroma of bread dough and yeast, some fruit, a little spice, but not as much as some saisons. Flavor is a little soft, not bad, just not quite as spicy or peppery as many, leans more toward citrus fruit, lemon and grapefruit, a little tartness. Very enjoyable though, made even better by The Ohio State University Buckeye’s victory over that team from up north. madmitch76 (645), , Essex, England
