fiulijn (7150), Como; Lausanne (CH); Malmö (SWE), Italy Aug 5, 2009 Blind tasting at Papsø’s Cloudy deep blond and orange color; medium creamy head. Sourish aroma, some Bretts, light harsh fruitness, citrus fruit peel. Medium mouthfeel, fairly smooth malt, light fruits, with a quite aggressive bitterness, Brett-type, light astringency too as expected. Good bitterness level. Quite good, well brewed, balanced; interesting. badlizard (2332), Berkeley, California, USA Jul 27, 2009 Bottle from the giving tree. Orange with a fluffy white head. Lemon zest and yeast aroma. Crisp and refreshing citrus taste with a nice balance between the hops bitterness and the Brett sourness. Hank1980 (735), Athens, Georgia, USA Jul 12, 2009 Bottle.
