Aroma of roasted malt, slight coffee and chocolate, vanilla, and a bit of caramel. Flavor matches well with the addition of slight sweetness and dried dark fruit. It pours a dark brown with no transparency and a small brown head that leaves behind some thin webbed lacing behind. The flavors starts with moderate chocolate and some light black licorice. There is some plum fruitiness in the middle. The finish has some roasted coffee and dark chocolate. Medium-full bodied with mild carbonation and a slick mouthfeel.
