The most impressive things are the thick texture and the very silky smoothness. Nose is like a semisweet dark chocolate brownie. Flavors of chocolate malt and deep Tootsie Roll. Sharpish finish. Aroma of roast and chocolate. Light coffee. Sweet and chocolatey with a deep roastiness and more coffee. Nice and smooth. Creamier than expected with the high carbonation. Finished quite well. Hint of alcohol in there as well. Slightly smokey, a little bit of coffee in the as well. Very smooth and drinkable despite the 11%, good stuff.
