Commercial Description:
The history of the bible and religion is indeed the struggle of good vs. evil. Our Serpent’s Stout recognizes the evil of the dark side that we all struggle with. This is a massively thick and opaque beer that begs the saints to join the sinners in their path to a black existence.

(Rating #1882)

Bottle. Pours deep black with a nice tan head which fads quickly. Aroma of roasted malts and chocolate. Tastes of roasted malt and dark fruits. Finishes warm and chocolatey

Botle from Topps in Tempe. The pour was deep pitch black, nice chocolate colored head on top, lacing a bit weak, though. The aroma was rich cocolate, some dark fruit elements, faint roastiness. The flavor followed the aroma, pretty typical for the style, but done quite nicely. Mouthfeel was a little too sticky sweet, chocolate came on strong as it warmed.

Has the color of used motor oil with a strong aroma of alcohol and coffee grounds with notes of oats and black licorice with a hint of cinnamon. The flavor is of alcohol, oak, chocolate, coffee and molasses. Overall I’d say its a good stong beer with a good strong kick: not for beginners.

Thick pours with a big creamy, dark brown head, fully black body. Aroma is boozy with some dark chocolate, oats, coffee grounds, licorice, and cinnamon. Taste is oak, chocolate, coffee grounds and some molasses in the finish. Full mouthfeel with lively bubbles.

Bottle shared by sloth on Aug 1st at SL. Thanks bert! Dark in color, aroma of coffee. Followed by a small head. Taste was a smooth coffee flavor..... caramel, roasted malt and chocolate. All blended together for an easy drink 11 percent stout. Low carbonation. Overall a solid beer, and now I have my own to try thanks to Sparky27. thanks E. Thanks again bert for sharing the brew!

A standard imperial stout. Chocolate and coffee. Some metal in there, and bloody roast beer. Medium palate. I can’t understand the hype around this brewery.
