Poured a dark brown with a slightly red-orange tint and a little ring of cream. the aroma was fruity but with a nice little bit of funk.. The mead was out front at first with a cherry-berry flavor, but with a nice roasted chocolaty finish. Very unique, I think my favorite of the night. I fish i could get more of this. goldtwins (4080), Nesconset, New York, USA
