EBF NOTB. Hazy blonde/golden in color with a medium lasting off white head. Aroma has alot of tart citrus- sauvignon blanc like grapefruit- lemon rind, some pineapple, peach, funk, and some light pale malts poking through. Taste is nice and tart- alot of lemon rind, some pineapple, peach, oak/tannins, has some light belgian yeast, a moderate amount of funk- I can definitely pick out the Yellow Bus and Gueze in this. Cuvee de Tomme, not so much- but that didn’t detract at all for me. Some very light malt sweetness pokes through, other than that, there’s no evidence of the 8 % ABV. Its really drinkable, and very refreshing. Finishes with some nice white wine- like tannins, tart fruit, and a nice puckering sourness. One of the highlights of the fest for me.

Draft EBF. I definately got the yellow bus and duck duck geuze flavors but i couldn’t find cuvee de tomme in the flavor or aroma. Nice peachy sourness with great depth. Very enjoyable.

Sampled at the Bockyhorsey tasting, courtesy of Avengedpoet. Hazy golden color pour with a good foamy head. Lots of lemon, peach, yeast and wood in the aroma. Flavor Is very sour and malty, with a lot of the yeast coming through. Very dry on the palate. Seriously good stuff!
