Bottle. Pours a classic cloudy yellow, small white head. Aroma is yeast, wheat and a subtle citrus note. Flavor is again yeast and wheat, but a vegetable note dominates where most Wits show a citrus side. Finish is thin and very cleansing to the palate. The vegetable note took away from this one.

750ml from the MJBC. A pale orange pour, yeasty and cloudy, with a mild carbonation. Nose is lightly fruity, with esters and moderate spice. The body is thinnish and could benefit from more carbonation. Slightly slick mouthfeel, watery and somewhat dank finish. Sweet in the right measure but not quite sharp enough to balance. Meh.

Bottled. Pours out in a cloudy yellow color with rich creamy white head. Coriander, dense soft yeast, and orange-peels in the aroma with notes of lemon. Medium-bodied with notes of lemon-peels, coriander, wheat and vanilla. Crisp finish of coriander and lemon-peels.

Crushed with Jakebra and Carythedude. Pale yellow pour with a thick, creamy white head. Aroma of citrus, bread and some funky wheat. flavor is bready with some spice, yeast, and some citrus. Overall, really nice wit.

Pours milky peach with a creamy 1 finger white head that has good retention and leaves a few specks of lacing. Aroma is yeasty bread, spice, citrus, fruity perfume and a little bit of funk. Flavor is freindship bread, grapefruit, wheat, vegetal notes, lemon, clove, vanilla, a hint of poppy seed and plenty of yeast. Finish is yeasty with a little citrus and wheat. Palate is dry and chalky as well as slightly acidic. The chalkiness keeps it from being as refreshing as some witbiers but it is still pretty good stuff, not worth $9/750 bottle though.

On the bus to ZBF. Pours hazy yellow with a small, creamy, white film head. Aroma has lemons, wheat and a soft brett-y note. ighish carbonation, a bit weak mouthfeel. Flavour is sweet with some light citric notes and a grainy feel. Fine wit, but there are many better out there (that are far cheaper)

Bottle at Lost Abbey dinner. Pretty tasty for a wit bier. Hazy light gold colour with a medium white head. Aroma is citrus with a little yeast and spice. Those characteristics continue in to the flavour. Seems more flavourful and fuller than normal wits if that makes sense.

Medium carbonation. Golden in color. Light spices in the nose. The flavor has a slightly tired yeastyness to it. I may have gotten an older bottle, but this is very disappointing for a Lost Abbey brew.
