Cannot pick up the spices, but definitely spiced. densely hazed yellow, minimal head. in fact, the cork did not pop, it fell. hmm. good but not great. loss for words. really? 10 bucks?

Brilliant clear medium gold color with a tight white head. Nice peppery spicy yeasty aroma with fresh sour dough bread. Medium body. Nice flavor is yeasty sour dough bread with light spice. Has a drying black pepper taste to finish.

pours a clear yellow with a thin white head, and some lacing. smell is sweet, spice, some floral notes, some fruits, and some yeast. taste is somewhat tart and sweet, apricot, peach, honey, spices, white pepper, some wheat, dry mouthfeel, with a spicy ending.

Very nice Witbier. Cloudy straw pour with small white head. Aroma and flavor is light at first then its complexity really comes through. Grapefruit, honey, clove, banana, apple, honey, and spices. Even with the complexity this brew brings, it still was light and easy to down.

Toronado San Diego. Very, very pale straw coloured beer with almost no head at all. Aroma is of light coriander citrus and a bit of unmalted wheaty spice. A bit of tartness and some light sweetness as well. It’s actually a pretty standard take on this style. A bit of clovy spice but there is a bit of soapiness that I don’t care for. Meh, kind of standard.

Pours a very hazy, orangey-straw color with a fizzy, white, average head which is mostly diminishing and leaves minimal lace. Nose is great and complex; notes of red apple peel, light honey, white pepper, faint doughy yeast, light clove, some banana esters, and some earthy hay. Flavor is similar but more dominated by flavors less typical to the style; doughy/bready yeast, white pepper, bitter hay, and lighter notes of banana esters and some spicing towards the finish. Palate is light to medium, watery, lively, and mildly refreshing. Finishes with some light bitter notes, some bready notes, light white pepper, and some sweat. The nose is the best part of the beer; complex, full of aroma, and enticing. The flavor is a bit of a let down with no complexity and more dominated by the less attractive flavors. Good, interesting, but not the best.

Pours like lemonaide with a short lived head. Strong spicy malt aromas. Smells like cake. Medium full nectar with good carbonation. This is a strongly flavored wit with a thick malt backbone and a heavy perfumy, spice essence. The finish lingers. This brew is overbearing.

Bright yeloow gold color, with an off-white head, yeasty, fruity faint bananaish, mild honeyed wheat, pale malt nose with some candied pineapple and lemon peels, with a light coriander spiciness, within a honeyed candy aroma follows through on a light-bodied palate with a yeasty, fruity, still honeyed wheat malt character, with some candied lemon peel, grapefruit flavors, with a spicy coriander, light vanilla accent, leading towards a smooth, fruity, wheaty, lactic finish.
