750 mL bottle. Golden straw pour with a nice thick fizzy white head. Aroma of lemongrass, wheat and yeast. Thin taste of apples, yeast and bananas. OK, but a little disappointing considering the price tag.

750ml bottle-pours a disappearing white head and hazy straw yellow color. Aroma is light malt/wheat, fruit, hint of spice. Taste is light malt, raw wheat tang, lemon tartness, coriander/pepper/some metallic. Thanks to PhxHrn for trade with Joe-jwc215 and me.

Poured from bottle at brewery tasting. Aroma has green apple and champagne yeast, an interesting touch. Palate is smooth, slightly prickly. Flavor has a unique blend of wheat, funk (no brett in there though!), green apple, and yeast. Soft yet flavorful, a good witbier.

Bottle at the brewery. Hazy blonde with a big white head. Floral yeasty spice and orange/grapefruit aroma. Dry flavor with light wheat and a slightly tart, herbal finish. Light bodied and spritzy. Nor really a traditional wit, but pretty tasty and drinkable.

Bottle 75cl. @ Papsoes blindtasting. [ Bottle #32. ]
Clear medium orange color with virtually none head. Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, earth, damped earth, straw, overriped apples, yeasty. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration. Body is light to medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft. [20090501]

08 Bottle sampled fall 08 thanks to drewbeerme or panatap? Pours a cloudy light yellow with a small white fine frothy head. Aroma is heavily spiced, strong coriander. Flavor follows, heavily spiced, coriander, candied ginger, delicate malt profile. Medium/light bodied with softer sparse fizzy carbonation. Would like to try again.

A Mes rate. Bottle at the Weekend of Tarts After Tasting.
Pale yellow, slightly hazy, reasonable white head. Run of the mill all round. Slight esters, some coriander, boring malt. A straight forward dull wit.

Corked bottle. Blonde, hazy. Mint, coreander and lemon peel in the aroma and flavor. Some yeasty notes, lemon, Thinnish. Well crafted witbier, but was it really worth the 10 euros you have to pay for this beer in the Netherlands?
