| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | Nov 1, 2008 From 22oz bottle. I was actually kind of surprised it was rated this high. Pours black with a thin tan head. Minimal aroma, some roasted malt, chocolate, and coffee. I thought it was a bit thin. For a sweet stout, I recently had FFF Moloko and I recommend that instead. fidel (961), Livermore, California, USA

| 3.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 18/20 | Oct 28, 2008 Between the head and body, this is a big beer. A low ABV means it doesn’t taste entirely like alcohol. Chocolate notes dominate, very tasty. cblado (149), Wisconsin, USA
| 3.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 5/5 | 8/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Oct 27, 2008 12 oz bottle. Pours a deep, oily, opaque black. Slight tan head, dissipates quickly. Aroma is roasty, malty. Flavor is toasted bread, malt, and a musky aftertaste. Some nice chocolate and coffee notes too. Palate is very lively, a bit thin, but not bad. Overall I enjoyed this stout very much. Nik925 (305), California, USA
| 3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 2/5 | 13/20 | Oct 26, 2008 Thin! A little hazelnut flavor shines through but leaves you looking for more. Comes off with a cheap pale ale taste to it smothered by almost burnt malt. A little disappointing.
