Commercial Description:
Not for the faint hearted! Our stout rewards the palate with robust flavor of roasted malts (malts are roasted like coffee beans) and heavy hops. A creamy smooth surprise.

Not bad, very smoky. Lacks some depth, kind of watery. Good flavour overall, but nothing very overly interesting. Maybe I just wasn’t feeling stout tonight.

One of the best stouts I ever had.Try this one on tap. Nice flavor, not overly sweet like others.

A beautiful stout to behold. Almost perfect contrast from tan head to deep black body. Aroma of roasted coffee and chocolate. A very balanced roasted/hop flavor. Slightly bitter in the end, but a great stout to sip on.

A terrific stout. Dark black pour with no head. Aroma of chocolate and caramel with some burnt coffee. Taste is smooth. Chocolate and roasted malt and strong, but with a bitter finish. A sweet stout that keeps to its roots as a stout.

Bottle. Pours black, good lace, and with an average/small creamy brown/tan head. Starts out with a sweet cookie and toasted chocolate aroma, with a hint of a herbal fresh mint that livens up the beer. More herby hop notes in the aroma, as well as cinnamon and dry dust, and light alcohol. I found the body and flavor, watery, bland, and I seemed like something was missing. Unimpressed.

Didn’t quite stack up to the Flying Dog Imperial I was judging it with. Lacked a little on the bite and aftertaste. Good ale, but get the dog if available.

Bottled
Opaque black, not much head. Milk chocolaty, roasted, nutty aroma. Light to medium bodied, chocolaty roasted. Basic chocolate stout, easy to drink "session beer". Some similarities to Camerons Chocolate Ale.

Bottled. Black opaque colour with brown head. Roasted malt and sweet coffee in aroma. Roasted malt and old coffee in flavour along with sweet chocolate. A bit conflict in the flavour, otherwise it is good.
