Commercial Description:
Not for the faint hearted! Our stout rewards the palate with robust flavor of roasted malts (malts are roasted like coffee beans) and heavy hops. A creamy smooth surprise.

Pours a deep brown that appears black with almost no head. Aroma of molasses, malt and a slight hint of coffee and chocolate. Initial taste is bitter like a very dark chocolate. Has a creamy texture with a dry slightly sweet finish. Very tasty.

Large Bottle. Pours a very dark brown to black, very thin head which does not stick around very long. There are some coffee flavors, and a lot of deep malts. The pallate is a little thin for a stout, but the depth of flavor more than makes up for that with the coffee, malts, some dark chocoloate and some spices that I can’t determine. Overall it’s a very smooth beer with impressive depth of flavor.

black cola color and a small light khaki color head. coffee aroma with chocolate. great undertones of dark fruits and floral. light creamy velvet body. flavor is of coffee and bitter chocolate with some spice. There is a great hoppy undertone of oranges and flowers. This was definitely one of the best stouts i’ve had. It is not overly sweet or bitter, and there use of hops really adds a great layer of complexity

It was much better then any stouts that I have drank lately. It had the definate flavor of coffee. However it was surprising on the way down. Very silky smooth.

12oz bottle. Pours thinner than most stouts. Beige head, slight lacing. Roasty malts, coffee aroma and taste. Again, this stout is light compared to most, and at 5.9%, it could probably be a "session stout," if there ever was such one. Overall, I’m a little underwhelmed.

One of the best stouts i’ve had. A lot less bitterness than most..other than that it seemed quite similar, just a little more flavorful.

Bottle. Poured black with beige quickly disappearing head. Aroma is of roasted malt and some coffee. Body is pretty light, some coffee and malt. Decent but definately not a standout.
