Commercial Description:
Not for the faint hearted! Our stout rewards the palate with robust flavor of roasted malts (malts are roasted like coffee beans) and heavy hops. A creamy smooth surprise.

It was much better then any stouts that I have drank lately. It had the definate flavor of coffee. However it was surprising on the way down. Very silky smooth.

12oz bottle. Pours thinner than most stouts. Beige head, slight lacing. Roasty malts, coffee aroma and taste. Again, this stout is light compared to most, and at 5.9%, it could probably be a "session stout," if there ever was such one. Overall, I’m a little underwhelmed.

One of the best stouts i’ve had. A lot less bitterness than most..other than that it seemed quite similar, just a little more flavorful.

Pours solid near black brown with an inch high brown head. Sweet chocolate aroma. Tastes mocha and has a good hop balance. Excellent smooth and creamy texture. This is maybe the best low gravity stout I have ever had.

12oz bottle from Orland Park Binny’s singles rack. Pours murky dark brown with tan head. Aroma is mostly roasted malt with some caramel and chocolate. Flavor is roasted malt, dark fruits, chocolate and bit of coffee. Mouthfeel is a tad watery. Decent stout but nothing special.
